You can easily meet living God.

"Look for a living God than finding God in pilgrimage"

"मायबापे केवळ काशी | तेणें न जावे तीर्थाशी ||१||
पुंडलिके काय केले | परब्रम्ह उभे ठेले ||२||
तैसा होई सावधान | हृदयी धरी नारायण ||३||
तुका म्हणे मायबापे | अवघी देवाची स्वरूपे ||४||"

- Saint Tukaram Maharaj

    God is a emotional matter for any person, irrespective of their caste and religion. People perform many pujas, go to the temples and do fasting to please the god. Those who have money go to Char Dham pilgrimage , Kashi, Benaras, Balaji, Vaishnavi  Devi etc. The purpose is the same, To meet a GOD ,God must meet. Does God actually meet in pilgrimage?  Do you get virtue?  What do the Saints think about this?  Our great Saint Tukaram Maharaj of Maharashtra has said in his Abhanga (devotional poetry)/ In one of the Abhang of great Saint Tukaram Maharaj says:

               "तीर्थी धोंडा पाणी
                देव रोकडा सज्जनी"

 There is a God of stone and water in Tirtha. The true God lives in the heart of a true virtuous gentle person and our parents.

And this is what great Saint Kabir has said-

               "जतरे मे फतरा बिठाया
                तीर्थ बनाया पाणी
                 दुनिया दिवाणी भाई
                सारी पैसेकी धुलधानी....!"

 The world is running away from the truth. The world shakes the living God and the stone is believed to be God in the water. To whome we say God?  He who creates us, who makes us grow, who protects us from adversity, who loves us dearly, is God. Can any human being be born without parents?  Not at all.  Your parents created you. Your parents love you for your growth, upbringing, love for your life. If you have a problem when you are growing up, then your parents are the one who rescues you. There is no need to go to any pilgrimage *for those who* honors and respects their parents.  There is no need to waste your money, labor, time by dying for water. Those who do not honor their parents, who do not treat their parents well, are worthless no matter what pilgrimage they *go to* make. This is pure fraud on its own.

 Before going to the pilgrimage, it is important to remember what a devotee named Pundalik did.  'Pandurang Paramatma' (Vitthala) came to visit Pundalika himself, but did the Pundalika stop serving his real god means parents in distraction as God came?  No. He served parents. His whole mind was in service of mother and father. Today, we have some money, family, and parents thrown out. We are forgetting our parents. Before Pundalik, Pandurang Paramatma, the owner of the world, came.  But he did not forget his parents. He understood the true God. He threw Brick(veet) at him and said to him, "Stay here, I want my parents to serve right now."  What Vitthal might have said, "If there have a caring child like you , I will stand up for twenty-eight Yuga's on Brick(veet)." Children who serve their parents have the power to raise God on the Brick. Like the Pundalka, we must understand this. Keep your God in your heart and serve your parents. Saint Tukaram Maharaj says, mother and father are the live forms of god. They are the actual image of God.

  Today, handling the parents of the city and even villages has become a big problem. The crop of old age is increasing day by day. Parents became certainly not a matter of importance.  On the other hand, we have a great culture but we forgotten it.  Population of the homeless parents started increasing. Young generation must think on it.
